La Jolla/CA) obtained with HMGB1 in wound healing in mice and pigs (Vehicle and PDGF as control) which confirms the protein high potential in tissue remodeling. HMGB1 project has demonstrated in-vitro and in-vivo the dual ability of the protein to accelerate the wound healing process and to control the remodeling of collagen and fibroblasts.
